Marcia Morante is the founder and President of KCurve, Inc. (http://www.kcurve.com), a services company focused on content organization and usability.   She works with many types of organizations to help them create, search, find, organize, navigate and present content, as well as select and utilize tools and technologies to support these tasks.

Prior to founding KCurve in 2002, Ms. Morante served as Director of Professional Services at Sageware, where she built a core practice around taxonomy development. She has also held technical and managerial positions at several categorization and search engine companies.
