Sonya Pelli is manager of internet services for the City of St. Louis, Missouri.  She plans and manages web-based Information Services (IS) projects of varying size, scope and complexity for City Departments and Elected Officials.  Over the past 15 years she has utilized a unique set of technical, managerial, and community development skills in the development of digital communities. Sonya holds a master degree from Washington University, St. Louis and an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
