Erik Lee is a Taxonomist, working on Zappos Taxonomy and Classification team.  Erik joined Zappos in 2007, working on the Customer Loyalty Team.  Erik transitioned to Taxonomy in 2015 while studying Library Science.  Erik’s goal has always been to help others, and he strives to provide an exceptional browsing experience through Zappos’ product structure and filtering systems.

 

Erik has a Bachelor’s of Art in Film Studies from UNLV and a Master’s Degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas.
