Miriam Heard has been in the library field for over 15 years, serving primarily in academic libraries. She has worked in access services and assists teams in various capacities with an emphasis on policy, procedure, training, and development. She currently works at YMCA of the USA as a Program Manager, Content Library in a digital librarian role, equipping the learning and development team to be successful in their content strategy and management.
