Maddie Glerum is an Implementation Lead working under the Enterprise Delivery Group at Enterprise Knowledge, LLC, the largest KM Consultancy in the world. Glerum is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Her project experience centers on AI-Readiness, with a focus on improving the quality of organizations’ knowledge assets and enhancing semantic models (taxonomy, ontology, business glossary) to ensure the successful adoption of new technology.
