Katharine has worked in the fields of Records Management and Privacy for over a decade. Starting out at the Royal Household, moving to the Houses of Parliament, and finally the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman before moving into the Financial Services. She qualified in 2010 as a Records Manager and written articles and spoken at conference on record keeping. Retention schedules and Business Classification Schemes are a specialist area of interest, seeing them as the foundations of Data and Records Governance.
