Jamie Helgren started as a Taxonomist at CEB (now Gartner) in 2014. Before that, she worked in digital asset management and metadata in CNN’s video archive. She has a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Denver, where she was a research fellow with the Library Research Service at the Colorado State Library.
