She has supported digital transformation across 15+ federal government agencies, higher education, nonprofit, and foundations through website audits, user research, and knowledge and information architecture. In addition to her Doctorate in Public Health and  Master’s in Library Science she has certifications in UX and Knowledge Management. She is passionate about web content strategy and taxonomy!
