Leslie Santibanez has been working in the information management and taxonomy field for the past 12 years. She has developed taxonomies and information models for the Canadian  Army, the Department of Justice, Department of National Defense and most recently for Statistics Canada.

Ms. Santibanez holds a M.A. in Communications. She developed Knowledge Management research under the supervision of Canada's Chair of Collective Intelligence, Dr. Pierre Lévy.

Ms. Santibanez has leveraged her international publishing, editorial and journalistic experience to develop interview techniques to capture and create taxonomies.
