With over 20 years of experience in global localization, content systems, and workflow optimization, she helps organizations build frameworks and standardized processes that enable automation and prepare content for AI.

Jo's work focuses on creating scalable, template-driven approaches that make content findable, reusable, and operationally efficient. She holds an MA in Applied Translation Studies from the University of Leeds.
