Richard is the Learning Technologies Advisor to Health Education England, having worked previously in information systems and learning technologies for an emergency ambulance service and the wider NHS. Richard has worked on the Technology Enhanced Learning programme and the Building a Digital Ready workforce programme, specialising in Artificial Intelligence and educational technologies, and also acts as an advisor to the UK Prosperity Fund, supporting governments around the world with their strategies for education and training of their healthcare workforce.
