With over 30 years’ experience in developing thesauri and authority files, my area of interest is in data standards and terminologies for the cultural heritage sector. Since 2012 I have been involved with the Getty Conservation Institute's Arches Project helping to develop open-source software based on the CIDOC Conceptual Reference Model and the Core Data Standard for Archaeological And Architectural Sites. I am the subject matter expert on the development of the Arches Lingo application - an open source tool for the creation, maintenance and dissemination of LOD vocabularies.
