Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy
Register Worry-Free Through February 1st!
Registration cancellations received on or before 1 February 2026 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between 1 February 2026 and 13 March 2026, are subject to a £150 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After 13 March, no refunds will be issued.
